Let's get this straight, girls:
- Cardio: Required for fat loss. HIIT is said to be the most effective cardio for fat loss.
- Strength/Weight training: Required for toning and definition. You won’t get abs or lean-looking legs without strong muscles. Lift heavy.
- Good nutrition: Required for all of the above. Always remember, 70% diet, 30% exercise. Keep your intake in check.
- The “Beach Body” requires all three of these elements. No matter how much cardio you do, if you eat like shit and do no strength work, you will not get the toned, lean, slim body you are after. If you eat fantastically, but do zero exercise, your body won’t really do an awful lot of changing.

Does anyone else feel guilty looking at thinspo after a binge? Like you don’t even deserve to look at beautiful thin people because let’s be honest, I could be that skinny person by now but I keep fucking bingeing.
Everytime you want to binge, go wash your face, brush your teeth, stretch, do 10 sit ups, do a 20s plank, go for a walk, then paint your nails, drink 16oz of water, then add less than a teaspoon of honey under your tongue. Look at thinspo, then look at any calories you’ve already ate (if any) and then look at how you really want to look by the end of the year. Still want to binge?

• there is no such thing as a “zero” or “negative” calorie food
• the workouts claiming to “burn 100 calories quick” etc are false
• the pictures you see of others could be edited, photoshopped, and manipulated; by their own doing or someone else’s
• at the very least, all Thinspo Girls™ are bending and contorting for their best angle. Its a staged photo, not their casual selves
• not everyone will develop a thigh gap, even at a low weight. It should not be your holy grail, ultimate goal

do you ever FEEL like you got thinner and you get so excited because you know you’ve been doing so well in restricting and being consistent without bingeing but then when you look at the mirror and lift up your shirt all you see is fat, fat, fat?
